Not for children

I am not making this up.

There is a gas station chain around here called "Kum and go". I refuse to go to it. No props for being tacky.

The place where we got out tires is called "Big O tires".

Does anyone else think this is as bad as I do? How do you explain this to your kids?

Honestly, I think most things go right over kids' heads. Tell them it's a funny way of spelling the word "come," like "E-Z" or "lite," and they won't give it another thought.

I've been on an '80s movie kick lately, and I'm just stunned at all the things that I was oblivious to the first time I saw those movies. Oh, and I used to love "Three's Company." Imagine my surprise when I caught a rerun as a teenager and realized the John Ritter character was actually pretending to be gay.

I like Big "O" Tires. They take care of their customers. At least I've been satisfied by their service.

I never thought of the name as a double entendre.

"Kum and Go"...that's a different story.
